The heat of the animal
The curve of the neck
The speed of the eye
It's blood fizzing in its ears
It's sweat breaking surface
With semen in wait.
This is the heat of the animal
Its nature is the soul of the world.
My saliva tastes of steel, My head has bad reception
And those thoughts have worn a groove in my brain.
