A gifted philosopher stumbles upon the answer to 'the big question' and subsequently turns both aggressive and asexual. From this point on the film turns from an intelligent and beautifully choreographed look at disability when coupled with megalomaniac paralysis to a disturbing film-noir centred around the acoustics of a fracturing skull. Touching yet slightly less touching than previously mentioned.
